Service Description
A full-day of experiential learning that will take you through the seed-to-table cycle and back again. Learn how to plant, maintain, harvest and cook some of the most nutritious, hearty, and essential plants in Bali. Each session will focus on 2-3 plants that are easily cultivated and/or ubiquitous in Bali. Knowing how to source and prepare these local foods will empower you to be self-sufficient in the tropics. Moreover, get connected to local people as your guides and teachers who will share their traditional knowledge and skills with you. 2020 course offering: Mondays or Wednesdays, 8:30am- 2:30pm. 5-course packages offered once weekly from early August. Bring a water bottle, sunscreen, and a wide-brimmed hat. Rice farmer conical hats can be purchased for 40,000Rp/hat on site. 10 participants maximum per course
