Regenerative Services

Astungkara Way helps hospitality and land-based partners engage in regeneration in practical, measurable ways.

Our services connect farmer engagement, local procurement, guest experience design, land stewardship, staff training and impact data into one coherent model.

Why these services exist

Guests and Hospitality increasingly want more credible environmental action. They also want stronger local sourcing and more meaningful experiences.

Few have a clear way to connect those goals to real work on the ground. â€‹Our services are designed to close that gap.

We help partners create value for guests, staff, and brand positioning by supporting a regenerative shift in their surrounding landscape.

1

Experience design and staff facilitation training

We design custom regenerative experiences at your location and train your team to facilitate them well.

This can include a custom Farm Experience, a Trail, or a place-based learning journey rooted in land, food systems, and local culture.

The goal is to create experiences that are authentic, grounded, and contribute to local regeneration.

2

Regenerative landscape  design and staff training

We redesign gardens and farms so they become more productive, ecologically functional, and experientially meaningful.

This includes regenerative redesign, initial staff training, and guest experience design around the space.

For many partners, this is where regeneration becomes visible in daily operations.

3

Community engagement in regenerative farming

We work with farmers and various additional stakeholders in the customer's surrounding landscape to support regenerative farming.

That includes outreach, training, field support, impact data collection, local procurement support, and guest-facing experiences.

This allows hospitality to contribute directly to the regeneration of the landscapes that sustain it.

Why hospitality matters

Hospitality is one of the clearest sectors able to support this transition.

It benefits from healthier ecosystems, stronger local identity, better food systems, and more meaningful guest engagement.

Our services connect part of that value back to the farmers and communities that make it possible.

Why work with us ?

"We chose to work with Astungkara Way because of your genuine commitment to regenerative hospitality and your deeply grounded, on-the-ground approach.

This collaboration supports our intention to care for the land around us, keeping the rice fields alive while working closely with the Balinese local farmer community. It reflects how we see hospitality as something that grows from the landscape itself."
